The "Resource" tab of this site has a number of links to useful sites for FCPA research, including historical cases. For instance, the Shearman & Sterling FCPA Digest and the Trace Compendium are good resources.

Thank you for this thoughtful piece. As one who has been interested in the operation of the OECD Convention Against Bribery of Foreign Public Officials (modelled on the FCPA), as well as on the FCPA itself, I wonder if there is further material available on how the OECD Convention is operating and being enforced. Where the US is concerned, do you know how many prosecutions have been under taken under the FCPA, and how many were successful? Some years ago US officials argued at a peer review session at the OECD that the very few prosecutions apparently on record were due to resolution upstream of the kind you describe. However there was also a question as to whether reliable records were being kept.
Thank you.
