		<description>The SFO action is strictly about Tanzania.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The DOJ criminal information, paragraphs 41-47, talk about Saudi Arabia - including allegations that BAE, directly or indirectly, provided &quot;substantial benefits&quot; to a Saudi official with influence over the contracts at issue.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These payments, which all are alleged to have a U.S. nexus, included travel and accomodations, security services, real estate, autos, and other personal items.  The information also alleges that BAE paid millions to an intermediary despite being aware of the high probability that the money was intended for a Saudi official.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, the allegations are made soley in the context of why BAE&#039;s prior statements to the U.S. government were false.  In other words, not to support charges for the seemingly clear antibribery violations they are.</description>
