		<description>No the FCPA is not enforced too agressively; it is still not used effectively in many countries. Yes, the line in the US between bribe and lawful donation is ragged and uneven. Yes our politicians can be bought, and a few of the honest ones stay bought.

There, is it evil to speak the truth? It did not feel good to make the statements. Can we fix the problem? Not in the current system. We couldn&#039;t even keep the father of a US Presidential candidate from buying an election, or even formally investigate what insiders knew.</description>
